He is a leading commentator on global issues relating to human rights and inequality, and is a passionate advocate for the rights of women. Jim Clarken is the CEO of Oxfam Ireland, an Executive Director of Oxfam International and a Commissioner at the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission.
